Titus & Hannah Mease
Maintenance Specialist
Titus grew up in rural western Washington and Hannah on a farm in southern Idaho. They were both blessed with wonderful Christian families and came to know the Lord at young ages. Titus was interested in mission from a young age and served in the church and on mission trips while seeking what God had for him long term. After several years of working as an apprentice electrician, God opened the doors for Titus to attend Barclay College in Kansas so he could get the Bible education he knew he would need to serve as in missionary aviation. Just one semester earlier Hannah had felt God leading her to Barclay. They were married two summers later, after Titus had finished two years of Bible training.
They continued to live in Kansas so Hannah could finish her psychology degree. They then moved to Idaho to be near family, where their daughter, Jael, was born. Jael was 10 months old when they moved to Portland, Oregon, so Titus could get his airframe and power plant certification before finally moving to Spokane, Washington, for flight training at Moody Aviation. Their son, Earnest, was born 4 months after moving to Spokane. Titus and Hannah became acquainted with MARC through personal communication and missions week at Moody; and, when it came time for Titus to do his 6 week internship for school, they prayerfully decided that Alaska would be a good fit for their family. As they were preparing for their internship and learning more about Alaska and MARC, they began to consider that MARC might be a good fit for service beyond the 6-week internship. At the end of the 6 weeks they accepted the invitation to join MARC in November 2019.
